Project Manager
This role is critical in driving the successful execution of customer-focused projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while interfacing with both internal departments and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Associate’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related
field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing
processes and technical drawings.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
6. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is plus.
7. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Regular visits to the manufacturing floor are required.

Essential Functions:
include the following: (additional duties may be assigned as required.)
1. Lead and coordinate manufacturing projects from winning bid to production
execution.
2. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including
engineering, production, quality, and logistics.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using ERP and
project management tools.
4. Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and resolve issues to
ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
5. Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, expectations,
and deliverables.
6. Interpret technical specifications and drawings; collaborate with engineering
to ensure product feasibility.
7. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and project milestones.
8. Generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within project execution and
communication processes.
10. Coordinate occasional on-site customer visits or supplier/vendor meetings
(travel required).
