Extruding giant profiles and complicated hollow profiles is an impressive strength at Wisconsin Plastic Products, a Pexco Company! Large-scale vacuum calibration technology is the key when tackling high quality upsized extrusions. Our house built vacuum sizing equipment allows for the manufacture of profiles exceeding six inches in height and thirty inches in width. Vacuum calibration technology also drives success when producing complicated hollow extrusions. Tooling platforms designed for hollow profiles can achieve dimensional control as tight as +/-.005 inches.
