Operator
The Operator is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role includes monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, following established procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Operators are expected to adhere to safety and quality standards while supporting the overall productivity and goals of the plant.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21.50/hr
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, check sheets, and production specifications.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Position: We’re looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Technician
Key Responsibilities
Production Operation
- Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor machine functions and troubleshoot basic issues as needed.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects, reporting any inconsistencies or issues to supervisors.
Quality and Documentation
- Follow detailed production specifications, including measurements, tolerances, and operational processes.
- Complete accurate production logs, check sheets, and other documentation.
- Ensure all products meet internal and customer-defined quality standards.
Safety and Housekeeping
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE and ensure a safe work environment for self and others.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including regular cleaning of machinery and surrounding workspace.
Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate any production issues, material shortages, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and production continuity.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
