Job Openings

Set-up Technician

2nd or 3rd Shift (training on 1st)

Responsible for setting up, tearing down, and maintenance of extrusion tooling and downstream equipment. Producing and inspecting quality products following company procedures and work instructions.

Operator

2nd or 3rd Shift (training on 1st)

Set-up and operation of secondary equipment including a radial arm saw, punch press, drill press, and router. Produce quality products following company procedures and work instructions. Complete secondary check sheets and required documentation.

Part-Time Operator

2nd or 3rd Shift

Set-up and operation of secondary equipment including a radial arm saw, punch press, drill press, and router. Produce quality products following company procedures and work instructions. Complete secondary check sheets and required documentation.

Groundskeeper (Part-Time)

1st Shift

Responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds in a presentable fashion. Additionally, producing usable, quality material from scrap products produced during plastic extrusion manufacturing.

Tom MacDuff

2nd Shift Assistant Team Lead

Tom began his career with WPP February 2018 as a Set-Up Technician on second shift. Through his career, Tom quickly became a dependable employee who is always willing to help. Due to his many strengths, Tom was promoted to second shift Assistant Team Lead April 2024.

Parker Lindow

2nd Shift Team Lead

Parker began his career with WPP in July 2017 as a Set-Up Technician on second shift. After roughly 18 months, he was promoted to second shift Team Lead and has played an instrumental part in guiding and assisting newer employees.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Jose started at WPP April 2022 and currently trains new employees within his department.

Christopher Schumacher

Assistant Team Lead

Christopher began his career with WPP July 2004 as an Operator on second shift. Christopher was promoted to Set-Up Technician on second shift July 2005, and worked his way to first shift by 2008. As of late, Christopher was promoted to Trainer October 2023, and Assistant Team Lead April 2024.

Rose Ann Rublee

Operator

Rose Ann started at WPP in July 2000 as an Operator on second shift. After 18 months, she was promoted to first shift and currently trains a number of our new employees.

Set-Up Technician

Bill started at WPP in September 1998 as a Set-Up technician on first shift. He has been in his role ever since, and currently trains our new employees.

“WPP is unique in that the owner is involved with any new developments and products. We are rapidly growing which keeps everyone busy. Our work environment is pretty laid back and everyone is friendly to work with. Recently, I was promoted to a trainer because I care a lot for the company, and I really want our new hires to succeed”.

Kurt began his career with WPP July 2001 as an Operator. He was promoted to Shipping and Receiving in 2008 where he has excelled professionally.
